Bee Books
Bee books are organizational 3-ring binders for students. The "BEE" stands for Bring Everything Everyday. This book is a way of helping your child be accountable for communication between home and school. The focus is to eliminate lost notes newsletters, calendars, and homework as well as keep parents and students informed of important events and academic progress. It will help you know "The Buzz" in Kindergarten. Of course, this website is where you can also stay informed as well!
In the BEE Book, you will find a zipper pocket for lunch money and notes to me. I would prefer if you took advantage of the electronic lunch system and sent notes by email, but I will take old fashioned money and paper notes if necessary.
You will also find a folder which will be full of your child's work and notes from the school. Please check the folder every day and TAKE OUT your child's work each night.
In the back of the notebook are all the pages to our Fundations program. Review the directions for each section and help your child practice proper letter formation and learning the letter/sound symbols for our alphabet.
