Popcorn Words

Popcorn words are sight words.  The words "pop" up all the time in reading and writing and are crucial for beginning readers to learn.  I teach the children all the kindergarten words and a bunch of the first grade words as well.  This helps the students who are ready to really take off in their reading abilities. I have always taught the words through songs, games and art.  I am excited this year to use a new cd and book I found through twitter.
